After much anticipation and countless requests from Contactually users, we are very excited to announce the release of our new Pipelines feature!
This Pipeline shows various stages of a sales cycle for prospects.
Click here to watch our 50 second demo video to learn more about Pipelines.
Our Pipelines tool allows you to visualize your deals from open to close according to your customized phases, and shows which deals may be falling through the cracks. By assigning values to deals, Contactually also aggregates the current value of your pipeline and shows which deals are won or lost.
In keeping with our core follow-up feature, Pipelines will show you if your deal is going cold by marking it visually. Multiple contacts can be assigned to each deal, which more accurately mimics the realities of large deals today.
Create multiple stages for each Pipeline and share it with your team.
We are especially excited about the ability to share deals and pipelines across your professional team. This will allow colleagues to better collaborate and see, at a cursory glance, which deals are in what phase and which deals need extra attention to successfully close.
For professionals with different products or services, Pipelines offers the ability to template and show multiple pipelines. This is very powerful across teams by showing pipelines for sales, business development, project management and more. Additionally, Pipelines can be broken down according to individuals on a team to allow a manager to better understand performance and provide assistance when needed.
Pipelines is available today to all trialing, Small Business and Enterprise users. Existing starter and Premium users that wish to use Pipelines can upgrade their accounts in their Plans Settings to use this powerful tool.

Here at Contactually, our focus is on building one-on-one relationships through individual personal touches rather than large generic email blasts. However, when you have a big piece of news or content you want to share with hundreds of people at once, where does that leave you?
As of today, it leaves you with Mad Mimi!
We’re proud to announce new integration with Mad Mimi, a fantastic email newsletter service that sends over 40 million messages a day.
So what does this integration mean for you? A few things you now get:
- Gain the ability to sync your Contactually buckets with your Mad Mimi lists, keeping your contacts organized across both systems.
- Track which of your contacts are receiving newsletters sent from your Mad Mimi account.
- And more!
With both together, you can now send messages to a large group of people as well as get the benefits from a tool whose focus is on building relationships. It’s the best of both worlds.
If you are already a Mad Mimi customer, connect your Contactually account today (or head here check out how). It’s really easy. There are just four steps.
October 11, 2013 marks the two year Contactually birthday, and it’s been a fun few years. We’ve grown in size quite a bit (both in people and dogs), moved offices a few times, and decided to ask a few questions about the government shut down.
Some of our employees wanted to get in front of a camera and share what the ride has been like. Spoiler alert: there are some pretty embarrassing stories. Thank you all for two great years, and here’s to two more. Enjoy!
You may have heard in the news that the U.S. government is shutting down, leaving many folks out of their office until Congress decides on a budget. There’s a lot you can read out there about what that means, but all the news sites aren’t asking any of the tough questions. In between working, sharing gifs, watching kitten and corgi cams in the absence of the panda cam, and Instagramming picturs our dogs, we did ask the hard questions. With 97 percent of NASA on leave, who’s watching for asteroids — or aliens? Or, is Starbucks still open? If so, can I still not bring my gun? We just need to know.
Ah, mid September. The weather is getting a little chillier, the scarves are coming out, there’s pumpkin spice something wherever you turn, and that means that a summer at Contactually is coming to a close. And to say the least, it’s been an interesting few months. Here are a few things that happened this summer:
We had two awesome interns work with us: Michael who worked on a ton of search improvements and Eliana who worked on the upcoming Android app.
Our fantastic summer interns.
At our company, our goal is to help you, the customer, get the most from both your Contactually account and your network. But what happens when you need to talk to someone on our team to get even more from your account?
With that, we introduce Contactually Office Hours, in an effort to bridge the gap between the end-user and members on our team. In any given session, you’ll be able to ask the presenter questions about the product as a whole, best practices, or you can even report bugs.
We wanted this to encompass the company as a whole, so you can choose a session with one of our customer gurus (Susan, Nick, or Brent), one of our marketing people (Brian), or a couple of our engineers (our CEO Zvi and CTO Jeff).
The schedule is as follows:
